These terms outline the general use of the rental enquiry, quote, and booking services provided by Simply Fun Rentals. Final event agreements may include additional terms specific to your rental mix and venue.

Quotes and availability

Rental quotes are prepared from the event details you provide. Availability, delivery windows, staffing, branding, and final pricing are confirmed before an event is accepted.

Event access and setup

Clients are responsible for sharing accurate venue access, loading, parking, power, timing, and site-condition details. Some rentals require additional space for guest flow, staffing, or safety clearance.

Custom branding

Custom artwork, wraps, backdrops, prize planning, and branded elements may require additional lead time, approvals, and production costs.

Rental care

Rentals should be used as intended and supervised according to the final event plan. Damage, unsafe use, or unauthorized relocation may result in additional charges.

Changes and cancellations

Event changes are reviewed based on timing, rental availability, labor, production work, and vendor commitments already made for the booking.
